In the Southwest the smell of roasting chiles and harvest go hand-in-hand. Join producer Dan Hobbs at the Pueblo Seed facility on Beech Street to learn all the ins and outs of chili roasting. Attendees will meet at the Cortez Cultural Center at 9:30 am, and then drive to the Montezuma Orchard Restoration Project (MORP) located at 13751 Road 29 Dolores, Colorado(3rd driveway north of Southwest Seed)
From 11-4 MORP is having their Orchard Social and Fall Heritage Apple tree sale, so you may want to stay for the festivities!
